Usama Bin Awais brings over a decade of advisory expertise and strategic leadership to his role as Co-Founder and Director. After qualifying as a certified chartered accountant in 2009, Usama’s career trajectory saw him excel in a top UK tax firm, where he specialised in private client tax, managing the intricate financial needs of High & Ultra High Net Worth Individuals.

With a passion for delivering personalised tax solutions, Usama transitioned to a smaller practice to broaden his hands-on experience. This strategic move enhanced his ability to provide comprehensive tax advisory services to a diverse range of clients, from individuals to corporations.

As Co-Founder and Director, Usama plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s vision and growth. He has been involved in tactical partnerships with various organisations to deliver premium quality services to all sectors of the economy. In addition to his tax advisory services, Usama is instrumental in guiding the firm’s marketing strategies, ensuring that the company’s offerings resonate with a broad client base.

Hasan has over 15 years of experience in delivering software solutions, creating video projects, and managing marketing campaigns in various industries across the APAC, Europe, and North American regions.

As a subject matter expert for Bold Rose Solutions, Hasan is responsible for the vision, design and functionality of the firm’s mobile and web application solutions. He also leads the operations and marketing strategy for product development and client requirement gathering.

Hasan has successfully executed several technology and marketing projects with diverse features for Standard & Poors (S&P) 500, United Nations Organization, Coca Cola, British Telecom, International Labour Organisation, Nokia, HSBC, TCL, and Victorinox.

Hasan has also worked as the producer and scriptwriter for video production projects that showcased clients such as the United Nations Organization, KFC, PepsiCo, TCL, Nikon, and L’Oreal.

Besides being a skilled Project Manager, Operations Lead and Marketing Executive, Hasan is proficient in web development, design, and video production tools, such as HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, Infusionsoft, and the Google Marketing Suite.

Hasan has a B.B.A (hons) degree from Middlesex College in London, UK and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Edgware College in London, UK. Additionally, Hasan has obtained several certifications in digital marketing, business development, entrepreneurship, video production, and music production.

As an experienced Frontend and UI/UX Technical lead, Naveed has over 12 years of experience where he has worked on web and application development projects as a designer, front-end developer, and project lead. He is responsible for web and mobile implementations for Bold Rose Solutions and driving the firm’s IT processes.

His products have helped several companies in the global marketplace. These firms comprise a varied mix of products and services including Nokia, British Telecom, Artios, Xoomworks, The Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce, Air Falcon Airlines, and Frontier Car Group.

As a direct result of Naveed’s expertise, companies are able to leverage a better web presence and achieve their corporate goals. Naveed aligns his technical knowledge on the core requirement specifications of his product while delivering above his client expectations. Apart from his ability to deliver the product, he also serves as the technical leads on all implementations.

Naveed has vast experience with numerous technologies and tools for front end and UI/UX applications. These tools include HTML 4.01, CSS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 3, Angular 4, Jquery, JavaScript, WordPress, Joomla, Wamp, xmapp, Adobe CC Suite, and Google Web Designer.

Alex Temprell is a dynamic and seasoned company director who serves as Chief Business Development Officer at Bold Rose Solutions. He brings over a decade of entrepreneurial leadership to drive strategic growth and cultivate crucial partnerships across our digital, brand, and technology services. Alex is passionate about building impactful, community-driven ventures, ensuring our solutions align seamlessly with the evolving needs of government bodies, private sector clients, and charitable organisations.

Alex’s distinguished career is marked by significant entrepreneurial accomplishments. He founded the Deal Sourcing Network (DSN), a rapidly growing ecosystem for UK property investors, and launched Entrepreneur Social Network, a curated space for founders to foster peer support and growth. His journey also includes founding the award-winning Decanter Wine Bar and the highly-rated Thewlis Cocktail Lounge in Leeds, both successfully built and subsequently exited. Prior to this, Alex honed his skills in public sector procurement, becoming the youngest Buyer at Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation, where he managed complex, multi-million-pound contracts.

Alex’s comprehensive skillset spans Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Property Deal Sourcing & Investment, and robust Business Development & Commercial Strategy. He holds a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Business and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University and is CIPS Level 6 qualified in Procurement & Supply. Additionally, his WSET Levels 2 and 3 certifications underscore his commitment to quality and detail.

Solomon brings over 15 years of Enterprise Program and Project Management, Business Process Reengineering, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Data Operations experience. He has successfully deployed large scale Application Development and Enterprise Content Management Systems across Asia, North America and Europe. Solomon has been featured in SmartCEO Magazine.

Solomon holds a BS, Finance, with concentration in Business Administration with an undergraduate certificate, Management Foundation from the University of Maryland, University College. He also holds a Graduate Certificate, Project Management from the University of Maryland, University College. Solomon is a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) certified Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Level 3 and is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). In 2016, Mr. Luke was selected by FEMA as a “Rising Leader” and graduated from the American Council of Technology’s leadership development program.

Mr. Luke was also selected in 2016 & 2017 as a finalist for FEMA’s Administrator Award. FEMA’s Administrator Award is presented to recipients in recognition of exceptional service, perseverance and ingenuity in the advancement of the agency’s mission and value. Mr. Luke is currently a member of Phi Kappa Phi, a National Academic Honor society and is also a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) including the Montgomery County MD local chapter.

Humza Yousaf is a visionary cinematographer, writer, director, editor, and producer who has established himself as a creative force in the media industry. Since 2010, Humza has directed and produced high-quality visual content for an array of elite organizations, focusing on impactful storytelling and meticulous production values. His expertise spans from commercials to feature films, with a commitment to delivering visually compelling narratives, artistic cinematography, and high-tech post-production. His role with Bold Rose Solutions sees him leading all our video production projects as a producer and director.

Humza has created visual masterpieces for corporate clients that include corporate documentaries, TVCs, and DVCs for Unilever, Mobilink, Vivo, Lays, World Bank, Systems Limited, Dubai Electric and Water Authority, DESCON Engineering, Asian Development Bank, Hush Puppies, Getz Pharma, Dollar East, Pakistan Cricket Board, Xiaomi, OPPO, and McDonalds. His creative work has extended to working as the DOP on ‘Pinky Memsaab’, an award-winning independent film, and directing music videos for popular Pakistani artists including Abida Parveen, Raga Boys, Farhan Saeed, Zeb Bangash, and Qurat ul Ain Baloch.

Humza has a Bachelors in Film and Television from the National College of Arts (NCA) Pakistan and has won many awards including two nominations at the 5th HUM Awards. His expertise include proficiency in the latest camera equipment including the ARRI Alexa series, RED series, and Black Magic series of camera. His post production skillset includes video editing, VFX, animation, and colour grading.

Moazam Ali Shamas is a highly accomplished professional bringing over 15 years of diverse experience to the table. He excels in critical areas such as customer service, client relationship management, account oversight, sales negotiation, and strategic project delivery. With a proven track record, Moazam consistently delivers measurable value in dynamic and fast-paced environments, driven by his analytical acumen, strategic mindset, and unwavering commitment to service excellence.

Throughout his career, Moazam has developed a robust background in business and project analysis, IT pre-sales, and impactful team leadership. He’s adept at managing complex initiatives from conception through to successful completion, always aligning business objectives with innovative technological solutions to foster sustainable growth and operational excellence. A standout achievement in his portfolio includes overseeing the complete redesign and redevelopment of the CNBC Arabia website and its mobile applications, specifically tailored for the demanding Middle Eastern market.

Moazam holds an impressive academic background that complements his extensive professional experience. He earned an M.Sc. in Business Statistics and Management, Business Administration, and Management and Operations. This strong educational foundation underpins his analytical capabilities and strategic approach to complex business challenges.

Anum is a creative and self-driven design professional with over five years of experience in  developing and producing sophisticated, pioneering designs that energize clients and expand famous iconic brands. Capable of overseeing several projects from conception to conclusion. With a strong grasp of technology, digital marketing, and the newest trends and innovations, practically turn complex information and ideas into appealing, human-centered designs.

In her role as Content Lead, she is responsible for the design and development of several websites, layouts, logos, and artwork, as well as working with content management systems, social media and SEO in Bold Rose Solutions. She has also discovered the importance of good teamwork and social skills in business environments, particularly the ability to understand and anticipate other people’s needs and wishes.

She graduated from Punjab University College of Information Technology (PUCIT) with an MSC in Computer Science. She is skilled in many software programs, including UI/UX apps such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign), Figma, WordPress, Xampp, CSS, HTML5 Animations, Adobe Edge Animate, and Google Web Designer.
